This book is often mistaken as just a diet book but theres almost a whole lifestyle detailed in it. I have found it to have very good simple ideas/concepts about dieting. Anything that can make fat loss and health simple to do and can get results has got to be good!

Some people think that his books are overly padded with repeated info and adverts for his other products but it's the quality of the info you pay for.

There are principles in here and his other books that can really transform your training and what you can do with your body.

Dianetics

I came across this whilst looking for info to improve my mental abilities specifically for sports performance however what I found was a whole science that helped me improve every area of my life. I've become a lot brighter and more able because of my use of Dianetics!
